“LOVE THE AGE YOU ARE NOW”
Female Hormones
The most common female hormone is Oestrogen – it is suggested we have approximately 400 different tissues in our bodies equipped with Oestrogen receptors – which is why even little hormonal imbalance can cause severe discomfort. The word hormone comes from Greek and it means – ‘to excite’, ‘spur on.’ That is exactly what hormones do within our bodies. They act ascatalysts to spur on chemical changes within our cells.

“Our hormones don’t decline because we age;
we age because of our hormones decline “

Questions we are frequently asked:
Do you only need bio-identical hormones during the menopause?
Surely we’ve just ‘got to get through it’ and then things return back to normal?
Isn’t it dangerous to take any type of hormone including HRT – my GP doesn’t like prescribing it?
Our Mums and Grandparents copied – why shouldn’t WE?
Isn’t it really expensive to have natural treatment?
Why can’t I make lifestyle changes and take vitamins to get through this change in my life?
Why can’t I just age naturally?
Could this be you? Is this how you feel? If so…
If so…
